Can I come late in the evening?+
We're open 10:00–00:00 every day, weekends included. Before coming late at night, please call first so we can assess the situation and be ready for you.
Do I need an appointment?+
For routine checks, vaccines and surgery planning, an appointment shortens the wait. For urgencies, call without waiting.
When should my puppy's first vaccines start?+
Usually around 6–8 weeks, continuing at set intervals. At the first visit we build an age-appropriate schedule together.
When is the right time to spay or neuter?+
It depends on species, sex and development. During the exam we decide the best timing for health and behaviour together.
Can I know the cost beforehand?+
Yes. After the exam we share the planned procedures and estimated cost clearly, up front. We don't proceed without your approval.
